However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure. byyojj cannot guarantee absolute security and recommends that players use strong, unique passwords and enable any available two-factor authentication options.
4.4 byyojj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
5.1 All player account balances on byyojj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). byyojj does not currently maintain accounts in foreign currencies. Where a foreign currency transaction occurs at the payment processor level, conversion to BDT will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate.

5.4 Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. byyojj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5.5 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. byyojj reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

6.4 byyojj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, reasonable notice will be provided and wagering already completed toward an active bonus will be honoured.
7.1 All casino games available on the byyojj platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all games are random and independent of previous results. byyojj does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
7.2 Live dealer games are operated by independent third-party studio providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Where a round cannot be completed, the relevant wager will be refunded to the player's account balance.
7.5 Bets placed after a sports event has already commenced in error, or bets placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest technical error, may be voided at byyojj's discretion.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the byyojj platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the byyojj platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, or distribute any content from the platform without the prior written consent of byyojj.
10.3 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the byyojj platform are the registered or unregistered marks of byyojj or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use such marks.
11.1 byyojj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 byyojj collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, gaming history, and device/IP information for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, marketing (where consent is provided), and customer support.
11.3 byyojj will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and fraud prevention services as necessary for the operation of the platform. All data sharing is conducted under appropriate data protection agreements.

12.2 byyojj shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) the unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; (b) internet connectivity issues outside of byyojj's control; (c) third-party payment processing delays or failures; (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, or communications network failures.
12.3 In all circumstances where liability cannot be fully excluded, the maximum aggregate liability of byyojj to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your byyojj account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit byyojj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
13.1 byyojj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page with the updated effective date prominently displayed.
13.2 For material changes, byyojj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform, email notification to the registered account address, or a notice displayed upon next login. For minor or administrative changes, notice may be limited to updating the effective date on this page.
